If you have been in the CHUN office or spent some time at UMX over the weekend, you may have seen some new faces. Three new faces to be exact! Those new faces are CHUN’s newest interns for this years Capitol Hill People’s Fair!
If you haven’t had a chance to meet the interns, here is a little bit of information for you!
Julia Braum: Julia is a Colorado Native who received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Colorado Springs. “I am enthusiastically involved with CHUN because I believe in enhancing the quality of life and building a safe environment where people can grow and receive resources that benefit their needs within the Boundaries of CHUN, I am devoted to work efficiently towards achieving our mission as well as to put on the best People’s Fair yet!”
Olesea Ceres: Olesea is a junior at Metro State College of Denver studying Event Management. She grew up in Moldova where she studied Tourism for two years in college before moving to the United States. She is president of the ‘Event Elements, a special events club’ and ultimately wants to become a professional event planner. She is anxious to learn as much as she can about the differences is various event planning fields, partly through her internship with the People’s Fair!
Meagan Reyes: Graduated from Regis University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and is a member of the National Communications Honor Society, Lambda Pi Eta. She is eager to learn about Public Relations and Event Planning. “I have been involved with Greeley Stampede and the Stockshow on a smaller scale so I am excited to learn and help the pieces that make the People’s Fair come together!”
These ladies are working hard with the staff to make the 41st annual Capitol Hill People’s Fair the best fair yet!
