People’s Fair Vendor Spotlight: Ashae SoapsPosted: May 26, 2011
Latasha Bell of Ashae Soaps, LLC will be exhibiting for the second time at the 2011 People’s Fair.
After stumbling upon the Fair after a Google search on arts and craft shows in the Denver area, Latasha said “I realized that there was this great opportunity right in my back yard. I decided to give it a try and loved it completely.”
“The people at the People’s Fair are really genuine, down-to-Earth individuals. I believe that was the best part of the experience – being able to meet new people and converse back and forth. I was able to acquire customers that love my products. The volunteers were equally great. They were organized and there to lend support when needed.
Though only in her second year, Latasha has already started gathering happy memories from her experience at the Fair.
“My favorite memory was the moment I realized I had my family’s full support in running my business. My husband sold my handmade soap as if he made it himself. My step-daughter labeled products. My six year old son insisted on passing out business cards to potential customers. In general we had a really good time at the People’s Fair. I also won the best in show for the handmade soap category!”
“The People’s Fair is an excellent opportunity to expose your product to hundreds if not thousands of people. I to this day have repeat business because of the exposure at the People’s Fair. I am looking forward to meeting exciting new people, and exposing my products again.”
