People’s Fair Vendor Spotlight: SweetyBull.comPosted: May 7, 2011
Jenniesue Roberts of www.sweetybull.com is excited to participate in her first People’s Fair this year.
“I can’t remember when I first heard about the People’s Fair, it just has always been here, like the gold dome or DU, People’s Fair just a tradition and an event that everyone goes to each and every year. Missing the People’s Fair is like missing out on summer completely,” Jenniesue said.
Jenniesue tells us she feels the Fair is continuously improving. “The Fair has just gotten better and better over the years. Each year the number of attendees increases, but you always see familiar faces from the year before. And the artists have grown as well. It is such a pleasure to stroll from booth to booth to see the art and meet the artist and see people that are capable of making such beautiful items. Any item you purchase from the Fair will have the center spot light, people treasure these items for years to come.”
Though her first year participating, Jennisue knows from attending in years past that “the volunteers take pride in their positions because they are always very helpful and informative and they always have a smile on their faces.”
What’s kept Jennisue returning to the fair? “The people and the workmanship is what keeps me coming back year after year. This is an event that I would not miss and as I said I am very proud to be accepted as an artist this year.”
